Knowledge assessment is a key component of all successful training organizations.  It identifies crucial data such as how an individual learns and retains information, the deficiencies that an employee may have, and how well the training communicates key objectives.

Our clients are continually working to shape the way they train their employees, constantly striving to improve communications and training methodologies, thus ensuring their employees are well equipped to do their job.

Evaluation of both the individual and the training program ensures that the objectives set forth when developing the training plan are met, and if they are not, these objectives can be revised against a measurable object.
As a result, 4D has developed a clear and concise Knowledge Assessment plan:

  • Step 1 - An employee will undergo training consistent with the developed Blended Learning curriculum.
  • Step 2 - Once this training has been completed, the employee will take a Knowledge Assessment Test (KAT).  This assesses not only how well the employee has learned the information vital to their job, it also measures the effectiveness of the training itself.
  • Step 3 - Once the results of the KAT have been analyzed, the employee is then given addition training to fill the gaps relative to their deficiencies as identified by the KAT.  The results analysis also allows the client to identify portions of the training curriculum needing to be amended due to a lack of effectiveness.
